When we arrived the night before we couldn't wait to see the temple - so while waiting for our pizza, we drove to the temple. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined.

Nauvoo - Day 1, the Temple
Today was a beautiful day...we started out at the temple. It was so beautiful. I remember coming here when I was the same age as my son, only at that time the temple had not been rebuilt yet. It was simply a small model on the lot. So for me this was a special treat - to be here with my son and share with him an experience from my youth that I treasure. Words cannot express - my heart is overflowing.
